Do-it-yourself Capsule Filling Machine. Fills size "4" capsules, approximately 100-240mg. Fills 50 capsules at a time.

Includes Cap-M-Quik® Size 4 Capsule Filler (consists of base, holder and 2 spacers), herb spreading card. With Tamper option is available.

There are seven sizes of Cap-M-Quik filler available; size 4 which is the smallest, size 4, size 3, size 2, size 0, size 00 and size 000 which is the largest. Each capsule filler is specific to its capsule. For instance, Size '0' will only work with '0' capsules, etc.

Instructions:
1. ASSEMBLE: Before starting, place capsule holder on large paper. Place spacers on end posts facing center. Set holder on the four corner posts resting on spacers above base.
2. LOAD: Manually separate capsules placing the longer half in holes. (Top of capsules should be below surface of holder.)
3. FILL: Pour powdered herbs or vitamins onto holder spreading substance evenly with card, filling all capsules.
OPTION: The Cap-M-Quik "00/000" size Accessory Tamper (sold separately) could be used at this point to simultaneously pack contents of capsules. Remove excess substance carefully by scraping from holder onto paper.
4. CAP: Turn end spacers 90 degrees. Holder will fall down exposing upper half of filled capsules. Manually replace top cap, and remove filled capsules.
