Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease 12 count cupcake pan or use paper inserts. 2. Empty contents of package into mixing bowl. 3. Blend in eggs, water and butter. 4. Stir just until mixture is evenly moist. 5. Pour into 12 count cupcake pan. 6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until center tests done with a toothpick or knife.For vegetarians, add powdered egg replacer equivalent to 2 eggs.

Suggested Uses: Frost with vanilla or cherry cream cheese frosting. Chocolate syrup is also an alternative topping. For even lower fat and calorie treat, you can omit the butter. Makes 6 large muffins as well.
