I also understand that The Laundress does not accept any returns on their merchandise and having an item personalized will delay the ship date anywhere from 7-14 business days.
 
 Monogram initials will appear in the order you enter them. For a three-letter monogram with a large middle initial, the middle initial traditionally represents the last name. For example: If the name is Laura Julia Smith, Enter the monogram as “LSJ”
