I received my Hi-Maize 260 restricted start h just now. I am just reaching out to say thank you for you time and patience during my order to delivery process. I'm super excited to have this RS to help me get rid of my visceral fat and reverse insulin resistance.

Yes — Hi-Maize 260 is a resistant starch made from high-amylose corn. It's produced by Ingredion and is essentially a specialty cornstarch bred/processed to be high in amylose (type 2 resistant starch, RS2), which is why it resists digestion in the small intestine and feeds gut bacteria instead, similar to how green banana or raw potato starch works.

Since you've been targeting the 40g/day resistant starch protocol, worth noting: Hi-Maize 260 is heat-stable, so it holds up better in baking or cooking than potato starch, which loses its resistant starch content when heated. That's one practical edge it has over the Bob's Red Mill potato starch fallback if you're ever incorporating it into cooked foods rather than just stirring it into cold liquids.

I will be a repeat customer and will write a 5 Star Yelp and Google review.
