What should I expect from HYDROLYTE ELECTROLYTES?

HOW TO USE IT

Start by mixing 1 scoop of Hydrolyte Electrolytes in 12 oz of water, and drink it with your last meal before a workout. Assess tolerance and increase as desired. DO NOT exceed 2 scoops at a time, or in a 24 hour period.

Hydrolyte is intended to replenish the electrolytes you lose when you sweat during a hard workout (that’s why sweat tastes salty). 

When taken before a workout, Hydrolyte ensures that the your performance does not suffer when you lose those electrolytes, and that your muscles are working at their best.

Since some of these electrolytes happen to be minerals, we recommend that you do not take them on an empty stomach, or else you will be rushing to the bathroom (hopefully there is one nearby).
