Apitherapy raw honey unheated and retains trace amounts of pollen and propolis. It is liquid when it comes out of the honeycomb in the summer and crystallizes into a creamy, spreadable texture in the fall. The color of the honey varies throughout the northern USA growing season depending on the flowers that the bees are foraging on.

Directions: To soften, place jar in warm water or near a stove. Do not microwave.
