Use a little Common Sense EVERYDAY. It won’t be long and you’ll be using lots of common sense.

This multi-functional product is made from wholesome ingredients and meets many practical needs. In addition to gentle cleansers and natural emollients, these everyday soaps contain a soothing extract blend of organic chamomile flowers, calendula flowers, elder flowers and french lavender. It works great as a non-drying hand soap, a bodywash in the shower, and it’s a great shampoo. Since it works as a shampoo for all hair types, you may find yourself replacing your favorite shampoo with one of our EVERYDAY cleansers.

Formulated with effectiveness and economy in mind. Naturally and pleasantly scented. Naturally and effectively preserved (no parabens). Biodegradable. People tested.

There's nothing quite like a bath or shower with a good cleanser... nothing like the clean smell and the feeling of refreshment. If you frequently need to wash up, the generous portion of moisturizers in our formula can help keep your skin from drying. We blend together mild coconut-based cleansers, adding just enough water for proper consistency. Then we mix in pure vegetable glycerine and water soluble castor oil for their excellent moisturizing properties. To this we add salt for stable consistency, citric acid for balanced pH, and pure plant oils for fragrance. Common Sense Hand and Body Cleansers are excellent by the sink, the tub or the shower.

  • Fresh Mint Ingredients: water, sodium lauryl sulfate, cocoamphodiacetate, glycerine, sulfated castor oil, spearmint, peppermint & wintergreen (essential oils), menthol, chlorophyll, citric acid, sodium chloride (salt).
  • Sweet Almond Ingredients: water, sodium lauryl sulfate, cocoamphodiacetate, vegetable glycerine, sulfated castor oil, natural benzaldehyde (almond essential oil), caramel extract, citric acid, sodium chloride (salt).
  • Valencia Orange Ingredients: water, sodium lauryl sulfate, cocoamphodiacetate, vegetable glycerine, sulfated castor oil, orange, tangerine, lemon, tagetes, cassis & clove bud (essential oils), annatto extract, citric acid, sodium chloride (salt).
  • WILL BE DISCONTINUED AFTER SELL-OUT: French Lavender Ingredients: water, sodium lauryl sulfate, cocoamphodiacetate, vegetable glycerine, sulfated castor oil, french lavender & lemon peel (essential oils), beet & purple cabbage extract, citric acid, sodium chloride (salt).
Instructions: Can be used straight as a hand soap or diluted and used in a foaming dispenser for the most economical use. As a body wash it is best used with a washcloth. When using as shampoo, it may only require one washing. If additional cleansing is needed, lather the hair a second time and rinse well.
More About Common Sense Farm

There's been an increased awareness regarding the importance of what we eat (what goes in us). Much less has been stressed about the importance of what does on us and into us through our skin. It's equally important - if not more important - to be concerned about what goes into us through our skin. The human body's digestive system is equipped to deal with certain degrees of toxins and impurities. There isn't the same defense system for impurities that enter through the skin. As a result, Common Sense Farm takes serious which ingredients they select for use in their products.
The Common Sense Farm is a real farm with a special barn. Driving past the farm, you may not know anything different is happening there. Yet inside this old barn built in the 1920's is a special place where they formulate and manufacture all the products from Common Sense Farm. The farm sat idle for many years. The barn weathered considerably during a 25 year period of inactivity. Today, the farm is no longer inactive. The fields have slowly been reclaimed as organic farmland and the barn has been restored as unique place for manufacturing.
